The Helper rank is the entry point into our staff team. Helpers maintain a positive environment in-game and inside our Discord ticketing system.

  • Ticket Management: Monitor and resolve Discord support tickets efficiently.
  • Player Assistance: First point of contact for questions and concerns.
  • Chat Moderation: Access to /mute and /svcmute to handle toxicity or rule-breaking.

Promotions are never instant. All staff start as Helpers so the administration can evaluate work ethic, maturity and the value you bring to the community before offering higher ranks.
